An ADU is delivered by flatbed truck, and lowered onto its site by crane. The ADU is 70-80% completed upon delivery, with finishing steps completed on site.
How long does it take to build an ADU?
A standard design ADU is delivered in 8 weeks. Custom designs include additional time for approvals and design implementation.
What do I need to receive a permit from my city?
Mod Container will submit drawings to the city for approval. We can build directly with the owner, or we can consult with the owner’s contractor. We take the extra steps to make the process easy.
What do I need to do to prepare my property for delivery of an ADU?
Delivery requires a clear path to the site, and possibly a delivery permit. Mod Container can handle the entire process of cooperating with local officials.
How long does an ADU last?
